Combine oats, coconut, and almond flour. In a separate bowl, combine peanut butter and honey, then microwave until just melted and combined. Stir in vanilla and salt.
Mix peanut butter with oat mixture.
Spread mixture in the bottom of a square casserole dish.
Melt chocolate and peanut butter, stirring as you go.
Spread peanut butter chocolate mixture on top of oats.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until well set. Cut and serve!
