Creamy Avocado Smoothie

Here's What You Need

  • 1/2 medium ripe avocado
  • 1 c soy milk*
  • 1 c frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 c frozen pineapple**
  • 2 tbsp almond butter

Here's What You Do

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Use more or less milk to create desired thickness.

Recipe Notes

  1. *I use soy milk for added protein since I don’t do dairy milk, but you can use any milk of your choice depending on your desired taste as well as nutritional needs!
  2. **The frozen pineapple can be substituted- I just like to give this smoothie a little tang!
