Berry Greek Yogurt Smoothie

Here's What You Need

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1.5 c frozen berries
  • 1 c zero fat greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp whole rolled oats
  • 0.75 c almond milk

Here's What You Do

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy! Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

  1. I like to use blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
  2. Be sure to check for gluten free oats if needed!
  3. You can substitute and use whole milk, soy milk, or coconut milk, and more or less depending on how thick you want your smoothie! Always start with less, then add more.
