I absolutely love smoothies for breakfast, but I simply cannot function without protein loading first thing in the morning.
Many people love protein powder, and I am okay with that from time to time, but sometimes I want a smoothie that still tastes a sweet and tangy berry smoothie, without the protein powder taste that lingers no matter how you try to cover it up.
This protein smoothie has loads of antioxidants, and is packed with 20 grams of protein, and no fat- perfect for those who potentially are following the THM plan.
Simple, delicious, nutritious! Enjoy!

Recipe Notes
- I like to use blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
